Veronica has been in the wedding industry for over a decade, capturing love stories across the world, and her new brand and website needed to communicate that elevated, heartfelt experience instantly.
Scope of work: Branding, Website Design, Copywriting
This project combined branding, website design, copywriting, and strategic storytelling—all centered around positioning Veronica as a high-end, deeply intentional wedding photographer with a refined and emotionally driven approach.
Goals: Create a brand and website that showcase her professionalism and high-end portfolio. The website and brand needed to match her luxury services and photographic style.
Branding Direction: Creating a Luxury Feel Through Visuals
When designing a luxury wedding photographer website, the brand visuals carry half the weight. For Veronica, we wanted a brand that felt soft and romantic without losing structure or professionalism. Her ideal clients are thoughtful, research-driven couples who appreciate timeless beauty, emotional storytelling, and guidance throughout the wedding process. Every design decision was made with those clients in mind.
Moodboard
Before building her site, we curated a moodboard that reflected soft editorial imagery, nature-inspired textures, intentional florals, and luxurious wedding elements. The moodboard gave the full creative direction: refined, romantic, and high-end—perfect for a luxury wedding photographer website.
This foundation helped us maintain visual cohesion across every page of her site and ensured her brand matched the emotional feel of her photography.

Luxury Wedding Photographer Color Palette
Neautrals and shades of green and pink round out this brand in a beautiful way!
The shades of green symbolize freshness and growth. People also associate green with success and wealth!
Shades of pink calm the mind, making decisions about websites and branding can be stressful to individuals, so using this color off the bat will help ease that pain. As her ideal clients are women, pink is the color most commonly associated with femininity.
Tan was the perfect complement to the other colors in the kit. This tan color brings a timeless comfort to your branding while, again, giving a nod to nature. White is often used in branding, but using a light color instead of white adds elevation.

Logos
Different logos can be used in certain places. This first main logo is used on her website on the main header, where the circle logos could be used in social media and marketing materials easier when that mark is called for. The alternate logos are great for other places like business cards or her website footer when a smaller or taller design is necessary.

We also wanted to have a branded page for experience, and she needed some logos for her pricing guide, so we created more logos to use throughout her client experience and on the website!

Fonts and Typography
Balancing structure and romance! This combination mirrors Veronica’s photographic style: refined, emotional, and polished. The script font appears in just the right places to make the design feel personal without losing elegance. Veronica is a very high-end photographer, shooting weddings all over the world, so her branding had to be solid and lend to that luxury vibe we wanted to portray. Fonts were very important in conveying this message. We went with very high contrast serif font, and the sans serif font was very “by the book”. We paired them with a contrast script font that looks handwritten and delicate.
