Shopify, WordPress, ProPhoto, and Showit! You must have your own subscription for any of these platforms. If you need help with purchasing your domain or hosting, please contact us and we can send you info about us managing that for you.

Start by booking a call, or purchasing your design day! It’s also smart to start gathering all of your content, photos, testimonials, etc. That way we can get you on our schedule as speedy as possible!

We recommend having your collateral before starting on our questionnaires so that you can get us everything we need. Once your questionnaires are done and we have everything we need, you can book! It’s usually about 1-3 weeks depending on the day of the week that works best for you. Because we are a team, we have more availability than other designers.

You bet! For design days, a 50% deposit is required to begin receiving our questionnaires. The remaining payment can be made a month later. We require full payment before the day takes place, but can break it up beforehand!

You have us booked for the day! It’s intensive, so we work hard and fast to get everything you need. We also offer 2 weeks of support after our day is done in case any questions arise that relate to your project!

Yes! We can use Shopify, ThriveCart, or WooCommerce. We can discuss your specific needs through email or our prep call. You will want to work on getting photos and your information together beforehand to be the most efficient we can be on your day.

Before we get started, you need to have your content ready, which includes: photos, testimonials, and anything we’re not specifically working on that day. We offer our extensive questionnaires for you to do beforehand and they will help with the words and content on your website. If you’re working with a copywriter, you will want to start working with them before the design starts.

While we work together for “one” day, there is so much more that goes into it! Least of all, our years of web design and branding experience make us the right team for the job. The day is a very high value to get it done so quickly. It ends up being such a great price for you! There is quite a bit of technical knowledge required if you want a completely custom website. Our team is very experienced and we create unique sites for our clients that don’t feel like a templated design. We’ll also handle the entire setup and launch of your site so you can focus on your business.

That is always the goal! Prior to the intensive, we’ll have a strategy call to discuss everything it is you’re wanting to achieve. We’ll be able to determine what your priority items are and how we can maximize the time to accomplish those needs. You can always book a discovery call before to make sure you’re getting what you need. We also offer a limited number of two-day intensives if that’s more your speed. We also allow returning clients to book half-day intensives.

We completely understand that worry. The point of the prep call is so that we have a very clear direction for what you like and need so that the designs we create, should be very close to what you want.

We’ll go over your style, needs, wants, and list so that we make sure we go in prepped and ready for the day and we can be as efficient as possible!

Between our free discovery call we offer or our prep call, we should be able to let you know what is and is not doable on our end during your VIP day. If we don’t get to things on your list that you’d like done, you can book another day or half day or you can contact us about hiring us for your specific project.
